Imaginative Ways to Spend this Valentine's Day

Love is in the air! We are 10 days away from Valentine’s Day. Have any plans yet? We all have a great excuse not to go out this year. How are you celebrating? We have a few imaginative ideas to stray away from the basic ‘dinner out’ valentine’s plans:

Bon Appétit

How often do you take the time to make a home cooked meal. Maybe more than you did pre-pandemic, but still. Put together a grocery list and plan to do dinner at home. You can cook for your special someone or do it together! If you aren’t feeling it you could order delivery and bake a dessert together instead.

Snuggle & Stream

For the person who actually just wants a lazy night in with their special someone, this one couldn't be more perfect. With the streaming wars, there is no shortage of content to stream. Wind down or wine down, either way snuggle up and watch something together. Maybe you already have a list of things you’ve been dying to watch. If not, here’s a few ideas: Crazy Rich Asians (HBOmax), The Kissing Booth (Netflix), Ever After (Disney+), 10 Things I Hate about You (Disney+).

Takeout & Makeout

Okay so ordering takeout isn’t that imaginative but with this line you’ll at least get a smile from your significant other. Hey maybe they’ll even take you up on the offer lol. Not to mention, takeout and delivery are way safer options than going out for dinner this V-Day.

Wind Down

Let’s talk DIY Spa Day. We had a stressful year in 2020. Just wind down for once! Put your devices away, put on some music, light a candle and just relax (wine helps lol). Whether it’s just you or with a special someone, you deserve some relaxation. This one is a good one for Galentine’s too ladies!

All the Feels

If you’re already engaged, why not plan your engagement photo session. You’ll get it checked off your list and you’ll already be dressed to go out on the town, if you want. Plus you can get those save the dates out like you’ve been planning to do. P.S. If you’re thinking about popping the question, we can photograph that too ;)
